Snowshoe Mountain is dedicated to providing memorable experiences that enrich and rejuvenate our community and, as a proud community partner, we strive to support our neighbors. By giving back to the community, we thank those who have supported Snowshoe Mountain for more than 30 years and hope to foster a bright future for those who will visit us tomorrow. Snowshoe donates each year to numerous non-profit organizations whose initiatives improve the overall quality of life in our community.

Donation Guidelines

Each request will receive consideration based on the resort's policies. Our guidelines are as follows:
  • Organizations must submit donation requests by completing and submitting the form on this page.
  • Product donations are usually limited to West Virginia organizations. However, organizations in Virginia, Washington DC, Maryland and Pennsylvania will be considered on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Consideration will be given to those organizations that send their request at least two months before the event and for those supporting social causes: health & welfare, children & families, arts & education, and recreation.
  • Please be sure to describe the people who would benefit from the donation, as well as the background and purpose of your agency.
  • The request must be sent 60 days before the event.

Eligibility

We would love to assist everyone in need, but are unable to donate to the following:
  • Individuals or Individual Families
  • For-profit Organizations
  • Political Parties
  • Organizations located outside of the Mid-Atlantic region

  • (4) Fun Pass Vouchers
  • (2) Bike Park Vouchers
  • (1) Round of Golf for 4 including cart
    **NOTE: All vouchers are for mid-week (Monday-Thursday) and non-holiday times. A request does not guarantee a donation. Organizations are limited to one request per year. Often organizations will ask for a "weekend stay at Snowshoe" as a grand prize. Although we are sorry to disappoint, we never donate overnight accommodations.

Submit the form below to request your donation. Due to the volume of requests, we are unable to respond to inquiries regarding the status of a previous request. Products available for donation are winter lift tickets and summer golf rounds. If you do not provide us with your choice of one of these options, we will provide an item based on the current season. Your organization's EIN (Tax Id) is required for us to process your request.
