Neighborhood Locations

The South Mountain area is situated at the top of Snowshoe Mountain. Plus, the Top of the World check-in center is there, making your travel distance from check-in to lodging very short. Properties located in South Mountain are the Soaring Eagle Lodge, Logger's Run, Timbers, Sanctuary, Snowcrest, Leatherbark, Wabasso, Treetop, and Top of the World.

The Village Central Neighborhood is located at the top of the mountain. All units have easy access to the shopping, retail, rental, and nightlife aspects of the Village. Properties located here include Seneca, Allegheny Springs, Highland House, Rimfire, Mountain Lodge, and Expedition Station.

The North Mountain neighborhood sits atop Snowshoe Mountain. Most properties are just a few minutes walk from the activities in the Village. Properties in North Mountain include Camp 4, Whistlepunk, Powderidge, Powder Monkey, Black Bear Crossing, Stemwinder, Land's End, Summit, Shamrock, Sundown Hutches, Mountain Crest, Pedestal House, and the Ridgewood condos.

The Silver Creek neighborhood is located in between the Base Mountain and North Mountain. All units are easily accessible to the Silver Creek hiking trail system, shops, restaurants, and Autumn Breeze Stables. Properties located here include Silver Creek Lodge and Creekside.

Located at the base of the mountain is The Inn at Snowshoe. It is just 6 miles (a 15-minute drive) from the top of the mountain and the Village. Parking is available at the Inn and food and shopping options are within walking distance. The Raven Golf Club is also just around the corner. 

The Westridge Homes are located on Westridge Rd. and feature the best sunsets this side of the Mississippi. These properties are all multi-bedroom homes with kitchens, laundry, and every other amenity a large family or group may need. The homes on Westridge are far enough from the Village to not get noise from concerts or events but close enough to still easily get to restaurants, shops, and all of the events. Western Territory bike trails are a short pedal from these homes so you can go straight from the breakfast table to the bike park.
