Mountain Lodge Lawn

With views of the surrounding mountains, the Snowshoe Basin, and Shaver's Lake below, the Lawn is the most iconic Snowshoe place to say "I Do".

This beautiful Chapel with vaulted ceilings and wooden beams, is located at the top of Snowshoe Mountain and holds Protestant, Catholic, and Non-Denominational services.

Soaring Eagle Hearth Room

PRICING

Wedding event pricing at snowshoe mountain
Minimum Spend is $12,000 for up to 75 guests*
Limited Add-Ons, Premiums & Extras Available

*Minimum spend based on Snowshoe Mountain Silver Destination Wedding Package

Pricing example includes Ceremony & Reception Venues, all set up and catering excluding taxes, resort fees, and alcohol. Our current max capacity is 175 guests. Add-Ons, Premiums & Extras are available and are limited based on package level, season, and demand.

Deposit Payments & Important Due Dates:
1. Initial deposit is 20% of total for the contracted event (includes venues, bar set-up, catering & gratuity) and is due with signed contract.*

2. Second payment is a minimum of 25% of remaining total contracted event price and is due 90 days from wedding date.

3. Third payment is a minimum of 50% of remaining total contracted event price and is due 50 days before the wedding.

4. Final event details and final payment of remaining contracted event price is due 20 days before the wedding. No additions, changes, or substitutions are available within 20 days of the wedding.

Important Deadlines: Final event details and menu selections are due 30 days prior to your wedding date. All lodging discounts and reserved/blocked rooms not picked up 30 days prior to the event are dropped.

*Snowshoe Mountain requires a signed contract and initial deposit to reserve wedding date and space.

Snowshoe Mountain requires all wedding couples to hire an outside Wedding Planner who is required to perform at least the Day of Coordination of the wedding events. A pre-qualified list of all recommended wedding vendors is available upon request.

Services not included by Snowshoe Mountain: Floral, Themed Decorations, Photography, Videography, Music Entertainment, Officiant, Tents, Wedding Planning/Designing.
