Snowshoe Mountain acts as the rental management agent for many condominium units at Snowshoe Mountain Resort. All condominium units are individually owned, and each owner chooses whether or not to place his/her condominium unit in the Snowshoe Mountain rental program. Therefore, the condominium facilities at Snowshoe Mountain Resort are not hotels. Because all condominium units are individually owned and are not part of a hotel, such units may or may not be configured to comply with the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. The decision of whether or not to make a condominium unit accessible is up to each individual owner. Condominium units meeting the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act may be unavailable or limited in number. Snowshoe Mountain has made good faith efforts to ensure that its owned public facilities are accessible to persons with disabilities and will accept requests for accommodations as required by the Americans with Disabilities Act. To request such accommodations please contact info@snowshoemountain.com. Please contact the Snowshoe Mountain Risk and Safety Department at 304-572-5895 for further information relating to Snowshoe Mountain's Policies regarding the Americans with Disabilities Act.
