It all starts when you hop into one of our 4-seat Polaris RZRs and hit the Cheat Ridge Trail that runs under towering Spruce forests. You'll cross exciting terrain and enjoy views that only a handful of Snowshoe guests get to see before reaching the Sunrise Backcountry Hut for a 3 course lunch or dinner.

Adventure Dining Details
- A valid driver's license is required for all drivers.
- The minimum age to drive is 18 years old. The minimum rider age is 6 years old and at least 46" tall.
- Closed-toe shoes are required.
- A waiver, provided at check-in, is required to be signed prior to participation.
Hours of Operation
- Adventure Dining Dinner Tours are available daily at 5:00pm with extra availability Friday and Saturday at 7:30pm.
- Adventure Dining Lunch Tours are available at 11:30am on Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Thyme crusted loin with blackberry lemon gastrique
Duck Breast
Pan seared spiced duck breast with cherries and red wine sauce
Ribeye
Grilled herb marinated ribeye with maître d butter
Salmon
Pan seared marinated salmon topped with a ginger citrus glaze
Butternut Squash
Roasted butternut squash filled with quinoa, greens, roasted tomato, red onion, golden raisins, pine nuts, and goat cheese with a balsamic reduction drizzle.
Appetizer:
Spinach artichoke dip with crackers and sweet yeast rolls
Side:
Varies week to week. Will consist of a chef's choice veggie and wild rice.
